The adverse factor of current of bacterial children meningitis, alongside with revealing of a virus of a simple herpes and II type and CMV, was low value of interferon -scale (IFN-y). Besides the increase in the maintenance of products of nitrogen oxide (NO) in peripheral blood of patients was correlated with weight of infectious process.
