In work the statement of ecological pediatrics as the scientific discipline which is part of evidential medicine considering as the main subject studying of children health taking into account the influence of environment is presented. The modern characteristic of ecologically caused diseases is given. Methodical methods of epidemiological diagnostics of these nosologies, including their practical realization are stated.
