The epidemiological crisis and its impact on the development of corporate legislation and the practice of its application

The article examines the impact of coronavirus infection on the procedure for making corporate decisions. The author provides examples of how the priorities of people and corporations have changed regarding the use of various legal mechanisms and the implementation of legal actions. Evaluates the changes introduced in connection with the pandemic in the civil, corporate, tax and bankruptcy legislation of Russia. Discusses the relevance of investors’ compliance with ESG principles, considers the role of digitalization in the corporate decision-making process, analyzes the push for the development of digital and other modern technologies caused by the pandemic, and identifies promising paths for the development of society.
