Epidemiology of some lipid behavioral risk factors among the HIV-infected population of the city of Andijan

The problem of studying the development of dislipoproteinemia (DLP) at the population level and the development of a new strategy for the prevention of lipid metabolism disorders is one of the most important at the present stage. The authors studied the prevalence of DLP and its epidemiological aspects among the HIV-infected population. They showed that significantly increased levels of atherogenic lipids were found after 50 years, which confirms the relationship between the prevalence of lipid metabolism disorders and the age factor in the setting of HIV infection.
