Epidemiology of suicide in Transbaikalian territory, organization of assistance to the population

Article contains the analysis of the basic epidemiological characteristics of suicides among the population of Transbaikalia. Parameters of death rate from suicides in Transbaikalian territory are ultrahigh and multiply exceed parameters across the Russian Federation and the Siberian Federal district. Thus the highest prevalence of the completed suicides is registered among the population of a countryside (more than 90 on 100 thousand), is especial among men of able-bodied age (more than 160 on 100 thousand). Presents results of the analysis of aid to the population of Transbaikalia in crisis conditions, and also defined the main prospects development of support services.
