The monitoring and analysis of the epizootic situation of tuberculosis of cattle in the Republic of Tatarstan in the period from 2000 to 2017 was conducted. Epizootic curve for the period of observation, has a significant amplitude. The line of the long-term trend of the epizootic process in tuberculosis of cattle in the republic tends to increase. The incidence rate for the year 2017 was 0.008%
