Stage setting of the system for countering violations in the sphere of the foreign economy

The article deals with issues related to the regulation of the foreign economy in the Russian state. This topic has been relevant since the formation of modern Russia in 1991. After the liberalization of the country's foreign economy, the problems of counteracting violations in this area are acute. The article uses the methods of synthesis, deduction and the historical method. The main result of the work is the substantiation of the stages of the system for counteracting violations in the field offoreign economic activity.
