Stages of sequential implementation of the software import substitution process

The article considers an algorithm for organizing the transition from the use of foreign software at informatization facilities to domestic IT solutions. This algorithm is applicable both for government agencies and for commercial organizations. The stages of transition are described in accordance with regulatory legal acts approved by the President of the Russian Federation and orders of regulators. As a result of the implementation of the algorithm of transition to Russian software analogues, the information infrastructure of organizations will undergo changes in all production business processes in which information technologies are used.
