Stages of development of the regulatory framework for R&D standardization

The purpose of the study is to develop a regulatory framework for research and development. In order to create competitive products, enterprises need to conduct research and development activities. This kind of activity has a number of peculiarities that significantly affect the duration of its implementation. This is largely why the existing norms for R&D and design work are aggregated and can have quite strong deviations, which can negatively affect the organization and planning processes. Within the framework of this study, alternative typical stages of R&D are identified, methods for fixing the beginning and end of these stages are proposed, factors affecting the duration of work and stages are considered, and the concept of using modern technologies, in particular artificial intelligence, is given to form a more accurate regulatory framework and predict the duration of work.
