Stages of formation of electronic government

The article presents an analysis of the content of e-government and the stages of its formation. The purpose of the study is to identify and characterize the stages of reform of the public administration sector, which is based on the digitalization of administrative processes, including the information stage, the stage of interaction formation, the transaction stage, the stage of integration of intra- and inter-organizational processes. Particular attention is paid to the study of the information stage and the stage of interaction formation. It has been proven that a feature of the evolution of the public administration sector is the increasing level of personalization of public services.
