Ethical and psychological features of the search

This article discusses the ethical and psychological features of the production of such an investigative action as a search. A search is the most effective means of detecting and seizing objects and documents related to the committed crime, as well as traces of the crime. In this regard, the question of the effectiveness of its conduct, as well as the preservation of the moral character of the searched person among his close circle, becomes relevant. The author investigated the ethical and psychological features of the search. In order to effectively carry out this investigative action, the author gives recommendations on the development of a search procedure in terms of compliance with ethical and psychological characteristics.
