In the context of digital economy transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) serves as a pivotal driver of business process optimization and competitiveness. However, unethical AI training practices engender risks of systemic bias, erosion of stakeholder trust, and non-compliance with regulatory frameworks. This study systematizes ethical principles of AI training, encompassing fairness, transparency, accountability, and prevention of destructive patterns such as misinformation and discrimination. The analysis demonstrates that adherence to ethical standards enhances operational efficiency, strengthens reputational capital, and ensures compliance with international norms, including UNESCO’s Recommendation on AI Ethics. The findings underscore the critical role of ethical AI training in fostering sustainable development and inclusive digital ecosystems.
