Ethical potential of a specialist in the field of personnel management: general theoretical aspect

This article is devoted to the theoretical studying of the concept, structure and function of ethical potential of a specialist in the field of personnel management. This concept reflects the aggregate of real moral needs, opportunities and means of their implementation in a conscious action based on the knowledge of morality, moral skills, value attitude (to yourself, others, peace, labor). These features in the situations of a moral choice in the unity and relationship identify ethical competence required for the implementation of organizational, managerial and economic, informational and analytical, project and social-psychological activities.
