Discourse ethics (argumentative aspect)

The article considers the importance of the argumentative aspect in the discourse ethics in the solution of the problem of interpretative potential of truth from the perspective of modality. The basic conclusion of the research is that the truth as a formal criterion is replaced in discourse by the psychological factor which generates some strategy; at the same time the referential field of the philosophical problem of truth is extended as a subject of ethics.
