Ethical and Moral Features of Russian Criminal Law

The article examines some of the attitudes of Russian citizens of a moral and ethical plan on certain criminal law phenomena, such as responsibility for non-reporting of a crime, various types of deprivation of life with human consent. In conclusion, it is stated that the identification of moral attitudes in society can contribute to improving the effectiveness of preventive work among the population, as well as improving national criminal legislation.
