The etiolocic role of stress, helicobacter pylori and aspirin usinin process of formation of gastroduodenal erosions and ulsers in patient s during the period of preparation for on -pump cardiac manipulation

Based on 90 clinic cased of patients, who were examined before on-pump surgical treatment of cardiac diseases (ischemic disease and heart vices) the frequency of Helicobacter pylori infection, the role of aspirin using, structure and degree of neurotic disturbances and also relationship of these factors in described patients category with gastroduodenal erosions and ulcers (group 1, n=60) and without one (group 2, n=30) were studied. The dedication of etiologic variants of gastroduodenal erosive and ulcerous lesions and the algorithm of their diagnostic was suggested based on implemented examination.
