Ethnic affiliation among youth in the conditions of the polyethnic society (on the example of the Bashkortostan Republic)

The analysis of the ethno-affiliative tendencies in the polynational youth environment of the Bashkortostan Republic is given in the article. On the basis of the empirical research the ethno-affiliative and anti-ethnoaffiliativeattitudes of modern youth in the Republic are revealed, the degree of their necessity for ethnic belonging is determined. The major factors influencing the formation of the youth ethnoaffiliationare disclosed.
