The ethnical economy as a resource for economic modernization of peripheral areas (the case of Rostov region)

The article deals with ethnic component of regional development, revealed ethnical economy dominant of Rostov region. Outlined the main factors and reasons for the effects of expanded reproduction ethnical economy components and structural and functional characteristics such systems. The comparative analysis of practices as a form of production and business activities of immigrants allowed to designate steps ethnical economy integration. Identified the main directions of development and implementation of the modernization process management strategy, taking into account the resources ethnical economy sector of the national economy.
