Ethnolinguistic vitality as a new term of linguistics and cultural science

The author puts the task to give definition to the term “ethnolinguistic vitality” which recently appeared in the Russian scientific discourse and reflects the interdisciplinary phenomenon and can be defined both from the point of view of linguistics, and from the point of view of cultural science. The author’s purpose is to create the universal definition which meets the requirements of both sciences
