The article analyzes the significance of ethnoeducational training as a key factor in preserving and developing ethnic cultural heritage in the modern educational environment. It examines the influence of ethnoeducational training on the formation of respect for cultural diversity and the development of intercultural competence as fundamental aspects of the educational process. The authors focus on the role of ethnoeducational training in shaping ethnic self-identification and pride in one’s culture among educators and students. Key methods and forms of ethnoeducational training are highlighted, such as case studies, interactive training, seminars, the study of cultural specificities, and project-based activities. Special attention is paid to creating an inclusive educational environment conducive to the preservation and development of ethnic cultural heritage. The article emphasizes the importance of ethnoeducational training for ensuring sustainable socio-cultural development and preserving cultural diversity. Practical aspects of applying ethnoeducational methods in modern education and their impact on the educational process are analyzed.
