Evolution of financial control of legislative (representative) public authorities in Russia

In article financial control of representative (legislative) public authorities in in in historical aspect is considered. Stages of formation and formation of this institute are analysed. It is revealed and proved that the historical periods, since Ancient Russia so far, have both positive, and negative sides of activity of the considered control bodies and represent great interest for further improvement of system of financial control.
