The evolution of the institute of physical and mental coercion as a circumstance excluding the criminality of the act

This article outlines the features of the study of the evolution of the institution of physical and mental coercion, as a circumstance excluding the criminality of an act in different periods in analogy with the current criminal legislation, the study of the experience of using the institute in foreign countries by comparative analysis, the study of improving the legal regulation of various sources of law, including the first sources. Conclusions are obtained that this institute has no significant differences with foreign countries.
