Evolution of institute of non-tax income of the state budget

Article is devoted to formation of institute of non-tax income of the state budget in various historical stages. Authors open six periods of rapid development of this institute. Special attention is paid on the fact that originally origin of non-tax income contacted only need of differentiation of the taxes and other payments coming to treasury of the state. On the basis of the analysis define that non-tax federal revenues in the Russian Federation have rich history and this accumulated experience it has to be used in development of understanding about non-tax federal revenues at the present stage.
