Evolution of the concepts of controlling in the modern economic science

The article analyses the development of attitudes and approaches to the notion and concept of controlling. The author evaluates viewpoints of domestic and foreign scientists on the given problem and also underlines the evolutionary direction of controlling beginning with the accounting information and up to the new management philosophy.
