The evolution of the constitutional status of the individual in the period of digital transformations of society

According to the author, in the process of continuous development of digital technologies, the concept of the constitutional status of an individual is undergoing changes. The author examines the mechanisms for the implementation of basic constitutional rights in the digital environment using the example of electronic voting, the rights of citizens to judicial protection. The author notes the expanded opportunities of citizens to provide public services in connection with the use of a system of narrowly focused artificial intelligence and analyzes the constitutional guarantees of citizens' rights against unauthorized interference of artificial intelligence in the private lives of citizens.
