Evolution of international standards the right to life and health

In this article considers the legal personality of an individual who is related to the international community. The first international legal standards of human rights, including the Westphalian system, are also being investigated. At the international level, the non-positivist rule is recognized that both the state and the individual are subject to international law and the rights of every person must be respected, guaranteed and protected.
