Evolution of standard legal regulation of activities of the state entities of Russia

Аbstrаct. In article historical features of formation and development of the state entities and the legislation regulating their activities are considered. Within historical stages the regulatory legal acts regulating this sphere are analysed. Four historical stages of development of the legislation about the state entities of Russia are revealed: pre-revolutionary, Soviet, transitional and modern. The possibility of use of positive experience for enhancement of modern system of public management is proved.
