Evolution of state institutions for prevention of juvenile neglect and delinquency in our country

The article describes the main stages of becoming and development of the state system for prevention of antisocial actions and juvenile delinquency. It also shows the historical evolution of the main regulations of juvenile law, formation of special preventive institutions for juvenile neglect and delinquency after a lot of changes on the territory of our country. The author of the article evaluates historically established principle of individual approach to the category of juveniles as a part of the state policy.
