Evolution of approaches to the study of productive labor in the context of economic security

This article analyzes approaches to the study of productivity labour of foreign and domestic economic schools in different periods of world economic history. Contextual basis is economic security, the threat is growing due to intense geopolitical climate. A comparative analysis of the depth of investigation of this indicator as the micro and the macro-economic level. Raised the issue of high importance of this indicator and the need for policies increase of this indicator and keep it at the appropriate level to ensure economic security.
