Principles of the constitutional law on health protection during development of Russian legislation

The periods of legislative regulation of the right for health protection in Russia are presented in the article. The author analyses development of ways to ensure this right and its basic principles, depending on the structure of morbidity, volume of medical care, the circle of persons who received this care. The analysis allows to draw a conclusion that this development proceeded in the process of healthcare improvement, gradual recognition of rights for health protection in the Constitution, international norms implementation into the russian legislation.
