Evolution of the Soviet socio-economic assistance program for Afghanistan in the mid-1950 - late 1980

This article attempts to analyze the main aspects of changing approaches to the Soviet Union's socio-economic assistance to Afghanistan as part of the modernization of the country's economy in the 50-80s of the XX century. the article Focuses on the study of key areas of Soviet-Afghan cooperation in the development of sectors of the Afghan national economy.
