Evolution of the electoral system in Russia

Describes the main way of digitalization of elections in the modern history of Russia from 1993 to 2018. The beginning of the article describes the main actual electoral technologies. The author highlights their positive and negative sides. The second part of the article describes three ways of perspective use of digital technologies during the elections and possible advantages and risks of their implementation.
