Evolution of role and importance of state financial control in public sector

Transformation of role and importance of state financial control in public administration system allows to indicate the vector of development for the system as a whole. The retrospective analysis, implemented in research, enables to highlight the historical periods of development. On the basis of the highlighted periods the transformation of elements of state financial control, such as objects and methods, is indicated. Such an approach allows to consider scientific and theoretical conceptions on state financial control and its role in public administration system. At the same time the researches of foreign authors allow to consider the interrelation between of state financial control system and public administration system on the base of each model - traditional, new public management, good governance.
