The evolution of control systems for the hospitality industry

The article is devoted to studying scientific and theoretical approaches to the management systems evolution of the hotel industry enterprises and assessing their effectiveness in complicated geopolitical and macroeconomic conditions. The article is focused on the hotel business enterprises, namely on the management systems of modern hotel enterprises and the features of their evolution in a dynamically changing market environment. The study is aimed at determining the features of the management systems evolution for the hotel industry, identifying the strategic development areas. The authors consider scientific and theoretical approaches to management efficiency adapted to the object of research and characterize understanding of the management system in the hotel industry at the current stage of scientific schools of management. As the research result the authors have developed hierarchical model of the hotel industry enterprise management system, detailing its elements depending on the main functional areas that are priority in the work of industry entities. The analysis, carried out by the authors, made it possible to identify the key factors influencing the evolution of hotel management systems and to characterize the types of management systems formed at this stage of network interaction in the conditions of regional markets. Directions of future research are related to the refinement of scientific and theoretical concepts in the field of hotel businesses management.
