Evolution of modern customs system of the Russian Federation

. In article are considered new maintaining in structure of customs authorities. Reform of control and supervising activity of FCS of Russia is undertaken, customs authorities are given authority of currency control. The status of body of currency control allows to realize fully a chain of consecutive actions - from the choice of objects of control and supervising actions before involvement of violators to responsibility and collecting penalties from them.
