Evolution of theoretical and methodological approaches to intellectual capital management

The article examines the evolution of the field of knowledge of intellectual capital management from the awareness of the scientific and practical community of the need to take into account intellectual capital to research on the management mechanisms of certain components of this type of capital. The study of key secondary source studies in this field has made it possible to identify the main stages, characteristic areas of research and their contribution to the theory and practice of intellectual capital management.
