The article presents the foreign policy formation of Malaysia, the country being one of the leaders of South-East Asia and Islamic world. It deals with both internal and external factors of the process. Presented are also fundamental challenges and principles, criteria of Malaysia's foreign policy formation, its objectives and priorities.
