The evolutionary development of quality management: the actual status

Consideration of the evolution of the development of scientific directions is extremely rare in the literature: the topic of evolution and its periodization is not the subject of active discussion in professional communities, since it does not carry a practical orientation and is not focused on obtaining specific business results. However, without understanding the key aspects of the changes that occur in the research of a certain scientific direction, and systematization of the studied issues, it is impossible to implement the mechanisms of strategic decision-making due to the lack of a clear understanding of the prospects for future development. Since quality management as a scientific direction is currently at the point of changing the dominant paradigm, the assessment of the prospects for its transformation in the near future may be extremely important from the point of view of the development of theoretical provisions, and may be useful for practical use in the practice of domestic companies.
