The paper studies the transformation of models of interaction between participants in the transport chain. Competitive, authoritarian, collaborative, and virtual collaborative forms of interaction are identified and comparatively analyzed. This evolutionary development necessitates changing the concept of logistics processes management in the current conditions of digital economy and development of the client orientation principles.
