Juridical conflict studies in the training system of future lawyers

Now days the search of a compromise in solving justiciable disputes becomes an important element of legal practice. In the article the necessity to introduce the special integrated course «Juridical Conflictology» into the curriculum of the law institutes of higher education is grounded.
