Legal responsibility of healthcare workers. Pretrial and trial practice in cases of professional misconduct in health care facilities of Tomsk region

This paper discusses the rationale and features of legal responsibility of medical workers. Special emphasis is placed on the thesis that absence of the legal definition of medical error in the modern legislation leads to difficulties in regulating the doctor-patient relations.
