Legal liability for offenses in the field of protection of water bodies on the example of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Republic of Khakassia

This article considers such an offense as non-compliance by a citizen of the Russian Federation with the conditions for ensuring free access by citizens to a public water body and its coastal strip. Bringing a citizen to legal liability in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, as well as imposing on the offender the obligation to eliminate the violation by applying to a court of general jurisdiction.
