The article is devoted to the investigation of the procedure for implementing of measures of legal responsibility for performing offenses in the sphere of environmental protection. Based on the provisions of regulatory legal acts, the following conclusion is drawn: it is advisable to introduce into the Russian legislation legal norms regulating the criminal responsibility of legal entities
