Legal nature of types of representation in court

The article examines the nature and types of representation in court as the main institution of justice. The author's goal is to describe and analyze the main types of representation in court. The article also examines the provisions of the regulatory framework for legal representation in civil litigation. The methodological basis of scientific research is logical, relatively legal, formal legal and other methods. The results of the study are aimed at analyzing various types of representation in court, developing proposals to improve practice and using them as additional material for the science of civil procedural law.
