Juridical terminology

In the presented scientific article, the authors consider juridical terminology. According to the authors, the definitions of a juridical term must adequately reflect the essence and content of the defined concept, each normative concept must be assigned its own and strictly unambiguous term, once and for all given to the branches of the law that use the corresponding concept. And it is also necessary to comply with the requirements for the normative function of juridical terminology, including: obligatory consideration of the linguistic characteristics of a word acting as a term, determining the specifics of its lexical and syntactic relations, determining the degree of compliance with its lexical meaning, provide ideal prerequisites for high-quality preparation of normative legal acts.
