Legal interpretation of the "circumvention of the law" category in the law of the Russian Federation

This article discusses the main problems of making transactions in circumvention of the law, their understanding in the legislation of the Russian Federation. In addition, the article reveals the legal consequences of transactions that circumvent the law. The relevance of this topic is justified due to the presence of heterogeneous law enforcement practice in terms of interpretation and understanding of the essence of such transactions.
