The manufacturability of any procedural activity follows from the legal model of such activity, in which technology allows you to reliably determine which legal and technical means should be used in a certain legal activity in order to achieve the desired result. However, following only legal algorithms in practice does not always make it possible to effectively solve the tasks of activity in accordance with dynamically developing situations. Legal models of activity are among the main information sources in the development of recommendations of criminology. At the same time, legal and forensic models are closely related. Forensic models concretize, deepen, develop legal models, form mechanisms for their implementation. The article studies the problems of forensic support of legal models of activity in the criminal process. The applied method of mental modeling made it possible to form the forensic foundations for the implementation of legal models of activity in law enforcement practice.
