Legal facts of labor law: the concept and aspects

A comprehensive and detailed study on legal facts is of great importance to the legal impact on social relations, since any legal relationship begins with a legal fact and, besides, the latter is the reason for its termination. The purpose of the study is to clarify the methodological aspects of the notion under review in the labor law. The paper presents the author’s attitude to the legal nature of legal facts in the labor law. The analysis of the category ‘legal fact of labor law’ is presented in terms of a general theoretical interpretation of the concept of legal facts. The author reveals the aspects of legal facts of labor law while concluding that the legal consequences that engender the legal fact of labor law imply an active guiding and arranging influence on parties to the employment relationship.
