Legal conflicts: ways of overcoming

The legal nature of legal conflicts is manifested first of all in conflict norms, dispersed in various branches of law, ensuring the structural base of the legal system. Therefore, conflict of law does not belong to a special law branch and it is a complex intersectoral legal institution. The article examines the main ways to overcome legal conflicts, the author examines the entire period of the legal conflicts’ development: preventive measures to prevent contradictions in law, forms of conflict detection in legal regulations and ways to resolve conflicts.
