Legal coflicns: possible ways of overcoming

The article analyzes various scientific approaches to the definition of a legal collision, to the classification of collisions in national law, and also suggests possible ways to overcome them. The article actualizes the problem of creating a consistent national law, its strict consistency, consistency, ensuring the effectiveness of the mechanism of legal regulation. The article highlights the types oflegal collisions, the reasons for their occurrence, the negative and positive aspects of the phenomenon. The ways of eliminating legal conflicts and the importance of such activities are analyzed. The authors of the article come to the conclusion that the emergence of gaps in the law is, on the one hand, an objective nature, on the other hand, it is subjective, while, to a greater extent, legal conflicts arise for objective reasons. The authors of the article believe that the resolution of legal conflicts will harmonize national law, increase the effectiveness of the activities of legal entities.
